CPCB has published a report on Comprehensive Environmental Assessment of Industrial Cluster in December 2009. In respect of industrial estates in the Maharashtra Chandrapur, Dombivali, Aurangabad, Navi Mumbai & Tarapur have been designated as critical /severe from environmental pollution angle. This is the action plan for Tarapur industrial areas.
