Thirty-Seventh Report on the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2016: Standing Committee on Finance (2016-17)

The Standing Committee on Finance present this Thirty-Seventh Report on the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2016. The Companies (Amendment) Bill 2016, introduced in Lok Sabha on 16 March 2016 was referred to the Committee on 12 April 2016 for examination and report thereon, by the Speaker, Lok Sabha under Rule 331E of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha. The Committee took evidence of the representatives of Ministry of Corporate Affairs at their Sittings held on 25 May 2016 and 22 September 2016.
