The Road Transport and Safety Bill, 2015

A Bill to provide for a scientifically planned framework for the safety of all road users; enabling the seamless development of a secure, efficient, cost-effective and inclusive transport system; the integration of road transport with other modes of transportation; and for the Constitution of National Highway Traffic Regulation and Protection Service for enforcement of traffic regulation on national highways, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
