Revised scheme for affordable urban housing in Odisha 2013

Government after careful consideration have been pleased to modify certain provisions of the `Scheme for Affordable Urban Housing in Odisha, 2012’ in order to make it more effective in delivering its objectives. Accordingly, the revised version entitled “Revised scheme for affordable urban housing in Odisha 2013” is hereby notified, which supercedes the earlier notified scheme and comes into force with immediate effect subject o specific concessions such as exemption from or concession in land use conversion charges and exemption from or concession in stamp duty becoming effective from the date from which they are notified under the relevant statute.
