Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on hydrocarbon production sharing contracts

The report covering the four years period from 2008-09 to 2011-12 contains the results of the performance audit on `hyderocarbon production sharing contracts' at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Directorate General of Hydrocarbons with respect to Blocks KG-DWN-98/3, Panna-Mukta, Tapti and RJ-ON-90/1, In addition, the results of the financial propriety audit in respect of these blocks conducted at the operator's premises have also been presented in this report.
