In exercise of powers conferred by section 9B, sub-section (4)of section 15 and 15A of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act No.67 of 1957). the State Government makes the following rules. These rules may be called The District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016. They shall extent to whole of the State of Rajasthan and shall apply to all minerals.
