Question raised in Rajya Sabha on purpose of National Green Tribunal, 30/04/2015

One of the questions raised was whether it is a fact that the National Green Tribunal cannot settle the issue or any application on climate change as it is a subject of international conventions and protocols and if so, the details thereof.
