The Commission proposes to notify Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Rooftop Solar Photo Voltaic Systems) Regulations, 2021 replacing PSERC (Grid Interactive Rooftop Solar Photo Voltaic Systems based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2015. Comments/suggestions/objections from all stakeholders are invited on the proposed PSERC (Grid Interactive Rooftop Solar Photo Voltaic Systems) Regulations, 2021 under sub-section (3) of section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Rule 3 of the Electricity (Procedure for Previous Publication) Rules, 2005.
