Plastic Waste Management and Handling (Amendment) Rules, 2011

Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) has notified the Plastic
Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2011 on 4th February, 2011 under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. In order to bring greater clarity and to comply with the directions of Hon-ble Supreme Court, MoEF has published the Plastic Waste (Management and Handling) (Amendment) Rules, 2011 on 2nd July, 2011.
