Madhya Pradesh Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (Grievances Redressal) Rules, 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 32 read with Section 19 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (No. 42 of 2005), the state Government, hereby, makes the following rules the same having been previously published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette dated 10th August, 2012, as required by sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the said Act. These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (Grievances Redressal) Rules, 2012
