In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 23C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Goa hereby amends Goa (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Storage and Transportation of Minerals) Rules, 2013. These rules may be called the Goa (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Storage and Transportation of Minerals) (First Amendment) Rules, 2014.
