Employment-Unemployment Scenario among different Social Groups 2015-16

The households covered under this survey has been classified into four social groups, viz., Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Others category. The survey results show that at the All India level 40.4 per cent households belonged to the OBC category followed by 29.9 per cent under others category, 20.3 per cent under SC category and 9.4 per cent belonged to the ST category.
