Driving climate action: state leadership in India

The Climate Group released a report titled ‘Driving Climate Action: State Leadership in India’ which substantiates the role of Indian states in driving climate action and economic growth. This report, published in partnership with KPMG India, highlights their (states’) role in India’s fight against climate change without compromising on economic development. Through two pieces of analysis, this report seeks to substantiate the role of Indian states in driving climate action and economic growth. It also offers recommendations on how they can be more strategic in evaluating and accelerating their action.
