Draft water policy of Puducherry 2012

In tune with the draft National Water Policy, 2012, Government of Puducherry has decided to formulate a State Water Policy with an operational action plan in order to achieve the desired objectives. This water policy is applicable to all the water resources in the Union Territory. A Water Resources Control Management and Review Council or Committee will be constituted to monitor the implementation of the policy
