Draft Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Harnessing of Captive Power Generation) Regulations, 2022

The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on July 22, 2022, hereby issued a draft notification for the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Harnessing of Captive Power Generation) Regulations, 2022. These Regulations shall be applicable to all the Captive Generating Plants in the State of Punjab. These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette of the State of Punjab.
