Draft Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Distributed Solar Energy Systems) Regulations, 2014

In exercise of powers conferred under sections 61, 66, 86 (1) (e) and 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and after previous publication, the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulations for the grid interactive distributed solar energy system: These regulations may be called the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Distributed Solar Energy Systems) Regulations, 2014.
