This report focuses on a crucial piece of the puzzle in the creation of a low-carbon economy - consumers. With three quarters of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions either directly or indirectly attributable to consumer actions, we cannot ignore the significant influence of the public's purchasing decisions on our ability to hit our 2020 climate change targets.
