The Bihar Health Department has issued the notification of Bihar Epidemic Diseases Covid-19 Rules 2023 regarding effective control over Bihar Epidemic Covid-19. In the new rules, the responsibility of all the hospitals from the state level to the district level has been fixed for its control. In the manual prepared by the Health Department, it has been said that after the outbreak of Covid in Bihar, the general legal provisions were made effective from time to time for effective control. These laws are insufficient. In view of the Central Epidemic Diseases Act 1887, the state had issued the Covid 19 Regulation 2019. Even after this it was felt that special provision is needed for effective control of Corona. Regarding this, Bihar Epidemic Disease Covid 19 Regulation 2023 is being notified. This regulation will be effective for one year.
