Amendment to the guidelines for tariff based competitive bidding process for procurement of power from grid connected solar PV power projects

The Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process for Procurement of Power from Grid Connected Solar PV Power Projects have been notified vide Resolution No. 27/01/2023-RCM published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) (Part 1 Section 1) on 28thJuly 2023. The Central Government hereby notifies the following amendment in the said guidelines dated 28th July, 2023: Clause 13.3 of the existing guidelines is modified as follows :Clause 13.3:Delay in Commencement of Supply of Power: Clause 13.3 (b) (ii) shall stand deleted.
