UPPCL sets to go green this year

UP Power Corporation Ltd (UPPCL) is set to go green this year by ensuring per day supply of 200 Megawatt electricity, essentially generated through non-conventional sources, to consumers.
The power corporation, taking a step in this direction, in fact have already signed an agreement with National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) for supply of 85 Mw solar energy and for the rest amount tenders
