Kanpur: Tannery fined Rs 10 lakh for operating during Kumbh

KANPUR: Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) on Wednesday imposed a fine of over Rs 10 lakh on a tannery in the city for operating during the three-month closure for Kumbh.
