Govt unhappy with progress on solar-powered signals

New Delhi: The Delhi Government is reported to have expressed its displeasure over the progress made by the Delhi Police on making the traffic signals in the Capital run on solar power. The project, part of Intelligent Traffic System, is supposed to be in place before the Commonwealth Games.
