Form special monitoring cell to avoid its misuse

Bangladesh should not accept money from the climate change fund if it is given as loan because the country is not responsible for climate change, said the speakers at a seminar yesterday.
They also suggested forming a cell that would monitor the fund management to avoid its misuse.
