Delhi eyes aid to produce solar power from consumer rooftops

While Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday announced the National Solar Mission, the Delhi government is eyeing World Bank help to produce solar energy.

To produce grid-based solar energy, the Delhi government is at present working on a proposal for the Climate Investment Fund (CIF)
