Certificates to push renewable energy

Determined to make a presence felt in the renewable energy area, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has come up with a notification to regulate renewable energy.
This new framework titled Regulation on Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) is expected to give renewable energy a major push.
