Central Jail prisoners build solar heater

After successfully manufacturing a 200 litre solar water heater to promote use of green energy, the Central Jail prisoners are now trying their hands at preparing a 2,000 litre capacity solar water heater to meet the needs of Central Jail here, officials said.
