This is the eleventh Sustainability report of Tata Motors Limited (hereafter Tata Motors). It details our performance and achievements from 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015 (FY 2014-15).

This is J.K. Cement Limited’s second public Sustainability Report, and it discloses Company’s performance across economic, social, and environmental aspects for the FY 2014-15.

This is the first sustainability report of Axis Bank Limited, covering the reporting period 2014-15. The report is prepared using Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines and is ‘in accordance’ with G4 ‘core’ reporting option.

The journey of Sustainability Reporting from this financial year FY 2014-15 with the theme “Quality, Precision, Commitment” which has been our key focus always for all our business processes. ‘Customer satisfaction’ has been our motto and we achieve it by offering superior quality products to our customers at industry competitive prices.

This seventh Sustainable Development Report provide an overview of the approach and the achievements in FY 2014-15, outlining the actions over the past year to achieve the mission to be a world-class diversified natural resource company.

The state of Punjab has followed a path of intensive agriculture, leading to prevalence of rice-wheat monoculture along with higher input–use. As a consequence, it resulted into serious threat of long term sustainability of agriculture within the state.

This summary report informs on the journey of knowledge transfer on decentralised energy access from India to Africa and other Asian countries, the outcomes and the next steps.

The plan document envisages the accurate assessment of risk and vulnerability to disasters in the State of Jammu and Kashmir. A significant thematic component will be the mainstreaming of disaster management concerns in development plans/projects/ and programmes.

As per the provisions of the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, the State has to prepare a State Disaster Management Plan (SDMP) keeping in mind the vulnerability of State to various hazards. Further, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Government of India has also issued guidelines for preparing the SDMP.

Different legislations have been enacted at the State and Central level to deal with different types of disasters. Of these there are certain Acts whose operation spread across different types of disasters and deal with disasters in general. Also there are disaster specific statutes prescribing norms for tackling a particular type of disaster.
