In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation Act, 1957 (Act no. 67 of 1957), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules, with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963.
