Blueprint for an EU cycling strategy

This draft blueprint document for an EU Cycling Strategy is the first time ever that, in a consolidated manner, all EU policies that have a direct or indirect link to cycling, have been
collected in one single document. In an intensive and collaborative approach over the past 9 months, this draft blueprint document has been structured around 10 chapters, each describing: The status quo of cycling in relevant policy field; The status quo of cycling in relevant EU policy; Policy recommendations for the EU, national and local levels; and EU added value.
