The objective of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act 2005 aims at building sustainable livelihoods for the rural households. In pursuance of this objective, a Project for Livelihoods in Full Employment under MGNREGA (Project Life- MGNREGA) has been formulated.
