MoEF will take the final decision on Western Ghats in a month

The Union environment ministry has informed the National Green Tribunal  that a final decision on implementation of Kasturirangan Panel report on the Western Ghats would be taken in a month and clarified that the order issued by Jayanthi Natarajan on 13 Nov 2013 for  ban on new projects in the 6,000-sq km zone continues to be in force.
