Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 15 and section 23C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules for regulating the grant of various forms of mineral concessions, storage and transportation of minerals, and prevention of illegal mining. These rules may be called the Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012.
