Synthesis report on adaptation action 2019

This Synthesis report on adaptation action, dubbed the "Adaptation Book", is the first of its kind that Climate Chance Observatory publishes, in partnership with French NGO Comité 21. It tells the political and conceptual story of adaptation in international climate negotiations, before analyzing subnational and local governments initiatives through global reports and case studies. Then were studied adaptation issues raised and answers provided in six sectors of the economy, to finally conclude with an overview of financial flows and tools for adaptation.
