Question raised in Rajya Sabha on Occupational Diseases, 17/07/2019. The details of Occupational diseases in respect of Mines as reported by the mine management to Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) under Ministry of Labour & Employment are enclosed at Annexure I and the details of Occupational diseases in respect of factories registered under the Factories Act, 1948, as reported by the Chief Inspector of Factories of the States/UTs to the Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI) under Ministry of Labour & Employment is enclosed at Annexure II.
