Guidelines for Preparation, Formulation, Submission, Processing, Scrutiny, Approval and Revision of Mining plan for the coal and lignite blocks

Undersigned is directed to state that the guidelines for formulation of Mining plan and Mine Closure Plan has been amended. It has been decided by the Government that all coal (including lignite) mining operations in India shall henceforth be governed as per modified guidelines.
