These rules may be called the Allahabad magh Mela Rules, 1940. They apply to the Magh Mela at Allahabad.

An Act to regulate the import, manufacture, distribution and sale of drugs and cosmetics. This Act may be called the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

This Act may be called the United Provinces Melas Act, 1938. This Act is hereby applied to the Magh Mela at Allahabad.

The Jammu and Kashmir Land Acquisition Act, 1934. This Act may be called the State Land Acquisition Act No.10 of 1990.

The Indian Forest Act, 1927- was enacted to ‘consolidate the law related to forest, the transit of forest produce, and the duty liable on timber and other forest produce’.
