Governor reviews arrangements at Baltal

Governor N. N. Vohra today reviewed arrangements for the Amarnath Yatra at the Baltal base camp. He had visited the holy cave and Panjtarni camps yesterday in the wake of heavy rain and inclement weather in the past several days.
