Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mahendra Bohra Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 13/10/2017 regarding illegal stone crushing units in Rajasthan. The Counsel appearing for the State submits that they would direct the concerned Department including the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board to conduct a detailed survey with regard to existence of stone crushers, stone cutting units and material grinding units including the dumping of waste/remnant materials.
