Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Dipak Mondal Vs Pollution Control Appellate Authority West Bengal & Others dated 23/12/2015 regarding grant of consent to Establish to Sri Pranab Mondal to establish a Poultry Farm who allegedly has breached the conditions laid down in certificate of consent to establish. Poultry farm is situated in village Chhoto Mirjapur, PO: Charghat, PS : Swarupnagar of District North 24 Parganas in West Bengal.
The poultry farm shall remain closed till it is granted fresh consent to operate by the Pollution Control Board.
